The Game Plan
Vex wants to Hold the same battlefields repeatedly. Calm and Chaos cards can stun attackers or return them to hand, then Vex exhausts to turn the Hold into another card for the next defensive turn.
Early, Mid, and Late Game
- Early gameclaim a battlefield you can defend instead of chasing every contest.
- Midgameprotect the Hold with stuns, return-to-hand effects, and buffs, then exhaust Vex to draw.
- Late gameuse the extra cards to lock battlefields until the opponent cannot break through.
