Sivir is fun because the Legend ability gives you resource recovery; you can spend hard during your turn and still plan around ready runes for the next exchange.

Sivir is a resource engine. Recycle a rune to make Gold, trade or kill enemy units to ready her, and use the extra resource flow to fund larger Body/Chaos turns than the opponent expects.
