Pyke

Returning Ezreal, Prodigy with the Legend and replaying it costs 4 Energy and 1 Power in total and nets a card, since he discards 1 and then draws 2. The exhausted Gold is a later resource, not an immediate refund. Star-Crossed is the actual Reaction option: it returns one friendly and one enemy unit, letting you preserve a useful play effect while removing a body from the fight. Neither line is automatically good if the returned unit was holding the decisive field. Use the return to improve the next exchange, not just because the ability is available.

Tornado played from facedown can empower an unempowered Matriarch at the same battlefield. Matriarch then replays a unit from your trash with printed costs of at most three Energy and one Power, ignoring its base cost and putting it at base. Fizz qualifies, so that replay can lead into a cheap spell from the trash during the same response. Fizz waives the spell's Energy, not its Power, then recycles it. Tornado disempowers Matriarch at the end of the turn; hand-playing Tornado or trying this on an already empowered Matriarch does not produce another recovery trigger.

Ezreal reduces optional additional costs by one Energy or one Power. You can choose Dockside's optional Fury payment, reduce it to zero and still get the play trigger that readies him and adds two Might for the turn. Repeat is an optional additional cost too, so Existential Dread's 2 Energy Repeat costs 1 Energy while Ezreal is on the board. The Dockside bonuses expire at the end of the turn, and Ezreal does not discount Matriarch's separate activated Empower cost.
