What Fiora Rewards
Grand Duelist · printed ability
“When one of your units becomes [Mighty], you may exhaust me to channel 1 rune exhausted. (A unit is Mighty while it has 5+ Might.)”
Fiora asks you to care about combat math; the fun is setting up fights where your units survive because the Legend ability changes the numbers.
How it plays
The Game Plan
Fiora's real engine is the Mighty threshold. Buffs, gear, and combat tricks are valuable because crossing 5 Might turns on Grand Duelist and gives you another exhausted rune for future turns.
Strengths
- Rune channeling from Mighty triggers
- Excellent buff and gear payoff
- Strong duel turns
Watch Outs
- Overinvesting into one unit is punishable
- Needs 5+ Might setup
- Exhausted rune payoff is delayed
Turn by Turn
- 1Early: play units and gear that can cross the Mighty threshold without spending too many cards.
- 2Midgame: time buffs so becoming Mighty triggers Fiora before the key Showdown resolves.
- 3Late: use the extra channeled runes to keep presenting protected 5+ Might threats.
New to this Legend? Pick Fiora if you like combat tricks that also build your rune economy instead of only changing one fight.

Keep
- Keep the Body/Order combat foundation.
- Keep cards that make one important unit hard to beat in combat.
Upgrade First
- Add efficient buffs and protection for duel turns.
- Upgrade generic units into cards that pressure battlefields without overcommitting.
Try Next
- Try a slightly lower curve if you fall behind early.
- Test more Order support if you need better board-wide coordination.
